[resource-net] proposal for a 2014 Re:source Network meeting + + feb26 + +

Hi,

Nice to see this nachspiel happening and would love to come but the
problem is that there is an Urban Knights event the same evening.
This clashes with the proposed resource network meeting but not with
CiTiZEN KiNO...
