------------------------------------------------------------
Public Art Lab (http://www.publicartlab-berlin.de/) and From Here to Fame Publishing (http://www.fromheretofame.com/) warmly invite you to join the Digital Calligraffiti Camp (http://www.publicartlab-berlin.de/blog/2017/01/12/20-21-01-2017-digital-calligraffiti-camp-vorspiel-of-transmediale-ctm/) on 21 January at the Collegium Hungariucum Berlin (http://www.berlin.balassiintezet.hu/de/) , Dorotheenstr. 12, 10117 Berlin:
• 4-6pm - Round Table 'Creativity in the Urban Context' with artists and city makers
• 6-9.30pm - Interactive Live Projection with young refugees and the calligraffiti and new media artists
Digital Calligraffiti is part of the programme of Vorspiel / Transmediale (https://transmediale.de/) and CTM festival (http://www.ctm-festival.de/news/) .

Digital Calligraffiti is a community project, that endeavours to contribute to the integration of migrating cultures.

• Digital Calligraffitti Camp
During the two-days 'Digital Calligraffity Camp' the young people from refugee camps investigate the question: ''Which cultural values do we want to preserve from decaying and to integrate to the way we live today?''. Together with traditional calligraphers, calligraffiti and urban media artists, they learn to 'draw beautifully' their messages and wishes which will be presented in a Live Projection from 6-9.30pm on 21 January.
6-9.30 pm | 20-21 January 2017 | @Collegium Hungaricum Berlin, Dorotheenstr. 12, 10117 Berlin

• Digital Calligraffiti - Urban Media Art Campaign
In a co-design process the participants of the refugee cultures will animate the analogue creation of the calligraffiti artworks for the artistic campaigning on the Digital Underground Berlin (http://www.wall.de/de/outdoor_advertising/angebote_und_medien/digitale_medien/dub) of WALL GmbH under the guiding principle 'urban screens are our canvas!'
2-3 pm | 27 January: Launch | 27 January - 5 March: Projection | @U-Bahnhof Friedrichstr. / station of U6, 10117
25 January - 2nd February | @Collegium Hungaricum Berlin, Dorotheenstr. 12, 10117 Berlin

• Digital Calligraffiti - Networked Live Performance
The Infl3ctor enables a live visualization of all those ideas and emotions. It is an interactive table – specially designed for Digital Calligraffiti by the media artists Michael Ang (http://www.michaelang.com/) and Hamza Abu Ayyash (http://www.7mz.me/) – to project the calligraffiti messages on the urban screens of Berlin and also to distant cities through a networked scenario. In a time where the refugees’ transportation is a burning matter this project opens up new avenues of communication empowering the transportation of thoughts.
4-6 pm | 29 January 2017 | @Collegium Hungaricum Berlin, Dorotheenstr. 12, 10117 Berlin and @Aix-Marseille University 110-114, La Canebière 13001 Marseille | In the Framework of CTM Festival Berlin (http://www.ctm-festival.de/news/) and Chroniques Festival Marseille (http://chronique-s.org/)
