( <a href="http://spektrumberlin.de/" target="_blank">http://spektrumberlin.de/ </a>)<br><br>In spite of the short notice, I sincerely hope that people on this list<br>that are in Berlin will make an effort to attend. The reason for doing<br>this so soon is that we would like to include our visiting artist from<br>Istanbul, Serhat Köksal, into the meeting and focus the discussion on<br>conditions of cultural production and experimental audiovisual<br>production in different settings of urban and political development. A<br>leading question could be what the status is of indendepent as well more<br>institutional actors in the field dealing with artistic and activist<br>aspects of digital culture today? Let's meet and do a "state of things"<br>reboot of this always nice occassion to meet up in an intimate setting.<br><br>The agenda and more details will follow next week.
