netznetz was a community platform and self-governed cultural funding
distribution system in the fields of Digital Arts and Digital Culture
in Vienna (Austria) that ran between 2004-2011. Different models of
project funding, decision making processes and self-governance systems
of individual artists and groups will be explained and discussed.
